Known for his unstoppable work ethic and creative problem-solving, Sam is deeply invested in his clients’ success — always finding a way to make things happen. In addition to his legal practice, he leads multiple business ventures across real estate and beyond, giving him a unique edge in high-value negotiations and strategic planning.

Abdalla is a results-driven lawyer with a background in economics and international development from the University of Toronto. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, he focuses on Trial & Litigation, Corporate & Business Law, Canadian Immigration, and Family Law.

He is known for his passion for advocacy and empowering others through law. A member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, and the Toronto Lawyers Association, Abdalla brings experience, empathy, and energy to every file.

Thabang is a strategic and client-focused lawyer with a B.A. Honours in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Bar in 2019 and practices in Trial & Litigation, Employment Law, Human Rights, and Personal Injury.

Thabang is known for his innovative legal strategies and unwavering commitment to his clients. Beyond the firm, he is actively involved in mentoring law students and giving back through community engagement.

Manoug assists start-ups, businesses, and entrepreneurs navigate through the new digital era with practical and tailored advice. Trained in traditional transactional and commercial law, Manoug puts his skills in advising digital asset and emerging tech businesses and entrepreneurs with their various business, commercial, and transactional needs. Manoug also assists start-ups and entrepreneurs with their equity financings, including pre-seed, seed, and their equity series financings.
